Return & Refund

This return policy applies only to incarpassion.com online purchase orders.

Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused.
  • Item must be in original condition.
  • Original packaging required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health or personal care items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials / flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Situations

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened media products: CD, DVD, software, video games, cassette or vinyl.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Returns after 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.

Missing or Late Refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank (processing time may vary).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at sales@incarpassion.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the returned item’s value. If sent to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to them.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
